The first visit has major importance in the patient – dentist relationship and that is why we pay great attention to it. During this visit you are more than welcome to tell us what bothers you, your wishes and expectations from us.

Besides dental emergencies, the first appointment is just a simple consultation, when no difficult or painful treatment is performed (most of the cases include a scaling, a professional teeth cleanse), so the fear of dentists has no reason to exist.

We ask you to bring with you, as much as possible, if necessary, the most recent dental X-rays and a list with the drugs you are currently taking so that you can help us get a full image of your medical history.

Do not forget to inform us about any aspect you consider as being relevant (if, for example, you suffer from diabetes, heart diseases) or if you regularly take drugs (for the heart, blood thinners, against bone degenerative diseases etc.)

According to the Romanian legislation in force, before starting any kind of dental treatment, you need to fill in a questionnaire where you give details on your current state of health (including the anamnesis of your most important affections). Also, you need to acknowledge and sign the “Informed Patient Consent”, a form where there are detailed the risks associated to some dental treatments.

This way, based on your information, we can prepare a full analysis of your denture’s state. Besides the visual examination, if necessary, we will also take X-rays. Afterwards, we will give complete explanations on your diagnosis and we will point out the treatment possibilities.

Using all the data obtained over the period of the diagnostic routine, we will establish a personalized treatment plan which will also comprise the prices of the planned procedures. During this consultation you will be able to decide – in accordance with the information given to you and with the allocated budget – which of the steps you will want to take from the suggested sequence of treatment.
