In case you are late or can no longer arrive, please let us know. Other patients may be happy with that time window and we can reschedule you at another more suitable date and hour.

What do you need to know before the consultation/ treatment?

We suggest you have your usual meals before coming for the dental consultations or treatments. It is not advisable for you to have your dental treatment on an empty or full stomach.

After the consultation, we usually recommend not to eat in order for the treatment to take effect. We recommend to patients with diabetes take be careful and harmonize their time allocated to dental treatment with their daily routine.

In case you are under treatment for a certain disease it is necessary for you to thoroughly follow your physician’s indications. In more special cases (for instance blood thinners, severe cardiac problems, etc.) a preliminary specialty consultation may be necessary, as well as a written recommendation from your physician in order to have a dental treatment.

Appointments

We are fully aware of the importance of your time and this is why we always aim to minimize the time you spend in the waiting room so that we can begin the treatment on time.

We think about you even when unforeseen situations or emergencies occur, that may increase the initial estimated time for a certain consult or treatment.

In these cases, we will contact you to check your availability in case of a possible delay or to see if you are willing to reschedule your treatment session. If it is too late to reschedule your appointment, in our waiting room you can watch your favorite TV show, read magazines or surf the web using our Wi-Fi network.

The patient already seated in the dental chair has priority, as you will always have, too. This is way, if you ever have to wait at our waiting room a few minutes longer, please try to understand the situation and we thank you in advance for your patience.
